Wednesday Wing Night at Snowshoe Sams has taken off this year. Locals and season workers alike are flocking to Sams every Wednesday night to get their chops around some tasty chicken wings. So popular are the wings this year that Sams SOLD OUT early the first week, and have since sold 4,610 and 4,450 wings respectively over the last two weeks!! That’s a lot of chickens!!

According to Rick, the bar manager at Snowshoe Sams, wings were definitely not this popular last season. Rick says, “It varies every year from the people that are here. It’s a nice inexpensive meal, and I personally think they’re good!”

When I spoke with Lauren, a season worker here at Big White, she insisted that “wings are a lot better than two minute noodles, but they’re still only four dollars”, adding, “I love it! It’s fun, cheap food and everyone’s there.”
