0 0 0 Underground Pizza opened its doors this week, boasting a refurbished interior, ice cold beers in the fridge and sports playing on the big screen. John and Ali Mooney, the owners of the Underground, wanted to provide residents and holiday-makers here at Big White with a type of sports bar and have worked hard along with Al Reid and many others over the last few months to put it all together.

Some of the usual suspects here at Big White broke the Underground in on Sunday night watching the Grey Cup Final (can you believe that last play?!). With jugs of beer all round, plenty of yelling at the TV, a few chugging competitions, and of course some delicious pizza, it ended up being a great night out for all involved!

The Underground is shaping up to be an awesome new spot to have a beer and a feed after a hard day on the slopes, or to watch the game with your mates. Make sure you check it out this season!
